Passport validity should be more than 6 months from the departure time and with at least 2 blank visa pages. Upload the image using the designated button.

Evidence of Your Position in the Company and Remuneration
A letter from your employer detailing your position, salary, how long you have been employed, any authorized vacation, and the purpose, if any, of your trip.
Proof of Funds
1. Monthly statements of bank deposits under your name in the past three months.
2.The bank statement must have the applicant’s name/account balance/show daily transaction records (credit card statements are not accepted).
3. It is recommended to have sufficient balance to cover the trip to Japan
Proof of long-term residence
1. If it is a temporary visa, please provide a scanned copy of the visa page
2. If you have a permanent residence card, provide a scanned copy of the front and back of the residence card.

Photographing the entire passport
1.The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
2.Please upload the photo page of the passport (containing the passport home page and personal information), all pervious visa pages, and the entry stamp page.
3.The contents of the page needs to be clearly readable without reflection, shadow, or anything obstructing the information from being visible. If there is no exit record, just upload the photo page.
