Visa Application Instructions
1.Processing time: 7 working days (from the day of submission by the visa agent). No urgent / express service.
2.The Embassy do not provide status update on your application. The appointed visa agent will inform you of the collection date and you will know the result of your application on the scheduled collection date.
3.The Embassy no longer issue physical visa stickers. You may print your visa online upon approval.
4.The embassy may contacte you for an interview, if deemed necessary. Therefore, write your contact number clearly.
5.Do NOT book your ticket or accommodation before visa approval.
6.Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome
7.All documents submitted must be in English, Bahasa Melayu or Korean. Documents in other languages must be translated by a professional translator and notarized.
8.Overseas documents must be notarized by a relevant foreign mission in Malaysia, or the Korean Embassy or Consulate in a relevant country where that document was issued, or get Apostille if the country where the documents issued is a member of Apostille Convention.
[NOTE] IF A VISA APPLICANT CAUSES PHYSICAL HARM TO THE STAFF OR THE PROPERTY OF THE EMBASSY, MAKES VERBAL OR PHYSICAL THREATS, EXERT INAPPROPRIATE PRESSURE, OR PROVIDES ANY FRAUDULENT OR UNTRUTHFUL INFORMATION OR DOCUMENTS, HE/SHE MAY BE DENIED THE ISSUANCE OF VISA FOR A MAXIMUM 3 YEARS.

Passport Bio Page
Capture a photo of your passport's entire personal details page, ensuring it includes the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) at the bottom (two lines at the bottom of the page). Passport validity should be more than 6 months from the departure time and with at least 2 blank visa pages. Upload the image using the designated button.
Travel Itinerary
Travel Itinerary in English, include:
1.Tentative arrival date & departure date.
2.Tentative daily travel plan.
3.Accommodation information.
Bank Statement
Personal bank statements of the latest 6 months with consent form.
1. Must be original certified true copy by the bank with bank's stamp and officer's signature.
2. Bank statement must show account holder name, account number, latest 6 months
transactions including salary and sufficient balance.
3. Foreign bank statements are strictly not accepted.
Copy of Tax Payment Certificate
Personal income tax filing slip from LHDN Malaysia for the most recent tax year.
1.If you are not subjected to tax declaration, please provide us the EA/ EC form from the employer or latest 6 months pay slips to prove your total annual income. The salary credited into your bank account must be tallied with the pay slips.
2.For applicant who are living in Malaysia but is currently employed in Singapore, you must submit the same document that has been Apostilled. Original is required.
Evidence of Your Position in the Company and Remuneration
1.Employment verification letter from company in Malaysia issued within the past 1 month, and MUST
include: Verification of the employment status (date of joined, position and current salary)
2.For applicant who are living in Malaysia but is currently employed in Singapore, you must submit the same letter that has been Apostilled. Original is required.
Travel partner
If travelling with family members:
1.K-ETA or Visa approval of the family member.
2.Family relationship certificate (E.g.: marriage certificate, birth certificate and etc.)- Original & a copy.
*Certificate issued by other countries must be translated into English and need to be certified by a relevant foreign mission in Malaysia, or Korean Embassy /Consulate General in a relevant
country, or get Apostille if the country where the documents issued is a member of Apostille Convention. We may accept the document if it is also has been endorsed by the Malaysian
government.
Proof of long-term residence
Original & 1 copy of your long-term pass for the past two years continuously, and the current pass validity must not less than 6 months.
1.For MyPR card holder – MyPR Card Original and 1 copy.
Photographing the entire passport
Please mail your Original passport and a clear photocopy of bio-data page.
1.The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
2.Please upload the photo page of the passport (containing the passport home page and personal information), all pervious visa pages, and the entry stamp page.
3.The contents of the page needs to be clearly readable without reflection, shadow, or anything obstructing the information from being visible. If there is no exit record, just upload the photo page.
Photographing the entire old passport
If you have old passport, please mail your original old passport and a clear photocopy of bio-data page.
