Visa Application Instructions
1. After the appointment is successful, if the customer needs to change the appointment time and modify the form for their own reasons, an additional service fee of 40 US dollars will be charged! The US system only allows one appointment to be changed. If you have made two appointments and cancel the appointment again, the receipt will be invalid and you cannot make another appointment. You need to pay again, and the applicant is responsible for the fee.
2. Please do not pay for air tickets and hotel fees before the EVUS registration is completed to avoid cost losses due to visa issues.
3. Once the visa is successfully pay, it cannot be canceled and refunded. The visa fee receipt has a number of uses and can only be used twice. If the number of uses exceeds the number, the receipt will be invalid and you need to pay again.
4. The consulate may conduct a telephone investigation. Please ensure the authenticity of your personal background information, keep the phone open, and actively cooperate with the consular officer.
5. The US and Canadian consulates will share visa information. Therefore, applicants who apply for US and Canadian visas at the same time, please keep your personal background information consistent.
6. The non-immigrant visa application fee paid after October 1, 2022 is valid for 365 days. Applicants must arrange an interview appointment during this 365-day period.
7. During the visa application process, our company may require you to add other materials or persuade you to withdraw your application based on the situation of your documents; the consulate may require you to add other materials based on your actual situation. The applicant needs to prepare the materials required by the consulate by himself.
