Passport Bio Page
Capture a photo of your passport's entire personal details page, ensuring it includes the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) at the bottom (two lines at the bottom of the page). Passport validity should be more than 6 months from the departure time and with at least 2 blank visa pages. Upload the image using the designated button.
Round Trip Flight Reservation
Flight Reservation(Applicant's name must be on Flight Reservation).

Detailed itinerary, includes date, activity, hotel, phone numbers, etc.
Evidence of Your Position in the Company and Remuneration
A letter from your employer detailing your position, salary, how long you have been employed, any authorized vacation, and the purpose, if any, of your trip.
Proof of Funds
1.Monthly statements of bank deposits under your name in the past three months. The bank statement must have the applicant’s name/account balance/show daily transaction records (credit card statements are not accepted). 2.It is recommended that the balance in the last month is greater than 200,000 MYR. Each page of the consolidated statement needs to be printed, including the final terms information page.

1.Such as PR card, Work Pass, Student ID card, Long Term Visit Pass, etc.(PR additionally requires a Re-entry Permit.) 2.The validity period of the pass must beyond the time of return from Japan.
Letter of Consent
LTVP/LTVP+ holders who are employed also need to provide LOC.

Photographing the entire passport
1.The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure. 2.Please upload the photo page of the passport (containing the passport home page and personal information), all pervious visa pages, and the entry stamp page. 3.The contents of the page needs to be clearly readable without reflection, shadow, or anything obstructing the information from being visible. If there is no exit record, just upload the photo page.

Attend Japanese Embassy Visa Interview
Bring the list of required documents and some cash to attend the interview at the Japanese Embassy in Malaysia. Please keep the receipt after submitting the information.

Passport Return
Go to the embassy to collect the visa and pay the visa fee according to the date on the receipt.(Visa fees can only be paid in cash, not by card or cheque)
