As of August 1, 2023, Russia has fully implemented an electronic visa (e-visa) system, allowing Chinese citizens and nationals of 55 other countries to apply online for a single-entry e-visa valid across all of Russia.

I. Russian E-Visa Types

The Russian e-visa allows entry for the following purposes:

Visiting friends

Business activities

Tourism

Participation in scientific, cultural, or sports events

Validity & Stay Duration:

Valid for 60 days from the date of issuance

Maximum stay: 16 days

II. Required Documents

1.Scanned Copy of Passport (valid for at least 6 months with sufficient blank pages)

2.Digital Photo (3.5 × 4.5 cm, white background)

3.Scanned Copy of ID Card

4.Completed Application Form
